Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible, but processing time may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.  

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:**  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.  

**Tracking & Confirmation:**  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor your package’s journey using the tracking number provided.  

**Shipping Delays:**  
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.  

**Lost or Stolen Packages:**  
Storybook Treasures is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you encounter an issue with delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
